In this B2-level English course, we will dive into lively discussions about America – our main focus is on comparing the McCarthy era in the 1950ies with the Trump era, exploring how politics, media, and society have changed over time. Through short videos, texts, and discussions, participants will refresh their vocabulary and improve fluency. A short summer course for anyone who wants to connect language learning with history and contemporary society.
